Successful integration of unaccompanied minor is defined by a continuous measure of protection and care. Ensuring safe living conditions, protecting the child's mental and physical health, education, positive stimuli, developing skills and talents are some good practices for the social inclusion in the host country. This paper explores the relationship between unaccompanied minor and education and the term of "vulnerability" that tends to identify the population of unaccompanied children. Through the development of a grounded theory research project, we try to explore how vulnerability is constructed by the society and the impacts on the school life of unaccompanied minor. In our view, vulnerability is a complex tool for assessing the difficulties, which tends to identify the minors, acting as a deterrent to the process of schooling and social inclusion.
