The main object of investigation of the present study is the analysis of teachers' views on social
inequalities. Thus, the role of the school in correcting or maintaining social inequalities and the
study of the reasons that contribute to it are explored. For the implementation of the present
research, the quantitative approach was used and the questionnaire was used as a means of data
collection. The results of the questionnaire showed that in many cases the education system can
lead to the creation of social inequalities associated with children's school performance. It also
emerged that teachers need additional training so that they can cope with the management of
social inequalities and the creation of programs to enhance teaching and student performance.
