The last 10 years have seen a dramatic development of scientific research in relation to the description and analysis of the concept of educational leadership and school management. At the same time, the forces of information technology, globalization, and the knowledge-based economy have brought about and led to an era of accelerating and catalytic change, at the level of societies and schools. Educational leadership is at the heart of these dramatic changes. The OECD has identified and identified global trends in the educational environments / contexts of the coming years. These trends include change management in schools, the development and support of school leaders, the successful adaptation of teachers to new models of professional development, individualized and combined learning, the utilization of resources and the building of relationships with the community.
