The object of this thesis is the analysis of MIMIC medical data set with the development of a machine learning application, in the context of a health information system. Specifically, it consists of three
sections. Firstly, we created an information system focused on the pulmonology clinic
of the hospital, then we did data mining in the contents of the MIMIC database and the
relevant to the pulmonology clinic part of the data, and at the end, they were analyzed, with the
development of a machine learning application.
