| dc.description.abstract | Η παρακολούθηση και προστασία της δημόσιας υγείας πρέπει να αποτελεί πρωταρχικό στόχο ενός κράτους. Δεδομένου ότι η βάση της δημόσιας υγείας είναι η ανάλυση της υγείας των μεμονωμένων ατόμων, σε αυτή τη διπλωματική εργασία παρουσιάζουμε ένα ενιαίο πλαίσιο, το οποίο αποτελείται από τρία επίπεδα: το επίπεδο του ατόμου, το επίπεδο του οργανισμού παροχής υγειονομικής περίθαλψης και το επίπεδο της κοινωνίας. Το πλαίσιο αυτό στηρίζεται στη χρήση του στατιστικού ελέγχου διεργασιών. Τέλος, παρουσιάζουμε ένα πληροφοριακό σύστημα προκειμένου να λειτουργήσει το ενοποιημένο πλαίσιο παρακολούθησης της δημόσιας υγείας. | el |

Since the basis of public health is the analysis of the health of individuals, in this diploma thesis we present a single framework consisting of three levels: the level of the individual, the level of the healthcare provider and the level of society. This framework is based on the use of statistical process control. Finally, we present an information system in order to operate the unified framework for public health monitoring. | el |
