In this study, banking digital transformation will be examined.
The first chapter aims to deepen the history of digital transformation as a business
phenomenon and to shape its definition to be mentioned throughout the study.
The second chapter refers to the digital transformation of the banking industry. It
presents a picture of an exemplary digitally mature Bank. The model of the digitally mature
Bank compares with other types of companies in the industry with various criteria, such as
what is called a digital bank model.
The purpose of the third chapter is to investigate the perceptions of the public
regarding the Banking Digital Transformation and the extent to which they use the digital
transformation bank in their daily transactions
Finally, the fourth chapter presents results of the survey. All participants see
positively the evolution in the digital segment of banks for their daily transactions.
