responsible for the business is particularly great. Negative external factors, reduced
demand on the market, coupled with high competition, create situations of extreme
administrative conditions where each mistake can be fatal. All of the above comes to
take over and manage the human resources department of enterprises. Significance in
the effectiveness of human resources is greater than ever. It is critical to cultivate an
appropriate corporate culture and build strong bonds within the business that will
ensure the organization's security and stability. Employees are forced to adapt to new
conditions, while their work environment may change continuously. But the question
now is about, what strategies should a company's human resources department take to
boost employee outreach while enhancing the performance of the organization? How
can a business go back to the existing situation for the benefit of the organization?
