This diploma thesis aims to give the reader an insight into the specific features of the marketing market for medicines, as it is an issue that has not been discussed in this area. The area of the drug is of intense interest because it is not only a part of the economy but also of a social nature as it is directly related to the health of the citizens. This work will make clear references to the wider field of marketing but also a deeper analysis of how it can be applied to the pharmaceutical sector and by what methods. It will also be clear with which strategic promotion methods this market is operating, but also what are the current trends in advertising. In the context of this diploma, a survey was conducted using questionnaires in which there were questions about how often consumers are treated by electronic pharmacies and for what reasons, and how familiar they are to e-commerce. The purpose of this research is to find out whether the average consumer has followed the trends of the season, and if the evolution of the natural pharmacy dimension in an online store is preferable. The data collected from the questionnaires was analyzed using the SPSS statistical program.
