This study presents the structure and organization of a new company which has a goal; the differentiation of an existing product with which already deals; from conventional cars to hybrid cars, while at the same time it aims to create a unique working environment. In other words a “model” company will be introduced which aims to compine basic rules and principles of management with the introduction and running of innovative ideas concerning the organization, the structure, the working environment, as well as the physical environment, for example the building structure of the new company. “The Economy of CO2” differentiates the economic model of 21st century and creates a new era in the investment field, that concerns not only the industrial field, but the economy as a whole. The “Kyoto Agreement” in compination with the regulation about the environmental pollution and the energy effectiveness, will lead to a new global regulation for the economy, that will include new mechanisms and processes. The role of education is to create knowledge and introduce new skills in the field of environmental management, to improve the energy effectiveness, to choose the best technologies and to evaluate the programs that are concerned with the environmental protection and energy saving.
