The present study examines the concept of service quality in museums, what that means quality in every operating parameter of a museum. As a case study examined the New Acropolis Museum. The seven-year operation to date and the relationship it has developed with Greek citizens, as museum symbol and experience is clearly given century longer detectable through systematic surveys eloquently provide quantitative and qualitative data. However, they have expressed various comments on the museum to have more critical tone, such as the architectural design of the exhibition, the ideological message that is emanated from the exhibition, the messages that are not mentioned and those that are accented. The quantitative survey materialize aims to add to the studies have shed light on the views of the public and the level of satisfaction on the New Museum.
