The request for continuous training of teachers is necessary both to achieve the desired results in the education of children and for the modernization of educational system. The events of each season and the students’ needs change. Therefore, their training must be adapted to them. Teachers need to be approach their students and not vice versa, as it was in the past. The proposed solution is the continuous training of educationist. Several training programs have been designed in the past. The spatiotemporal limitations were an obstacle in their training. There are several programs that educate teachers online, removing these restrictions in order to enable the trainee to attend at any time and at any place he wants. Nevertheless, there are no e-learning systems for teacher’s training in bibliography that use workflow technology. The workflow technology allows the construction of information systems to assign the right tasks at the right time and to the right person, with the necessary resources to perform these tasks. In this thesis, we present a model of learning that aims to train online teachers of various educational levels. Renewing and improving the skills and knowledge of teachers will lead to the improvement of the educational system. The educational process will allow the adaptation of the teaching to the needs of each individual learner. It is considered that there are a lot of benefits in this system. The cost of training will be reduced, while the number of teachers who participate in it will increase as they can attend it anywhere they are. Finally, an e-learning system based on workflow technology will be implemented. This system incorporates the above mentioned learning model.
