This thesis presents the development of the e-learning platform "InfoSec LKYV" which aims to educate prospective soldiers and army officers in Information Security Systems. Firstly, contemporary "Learning Management Systems" are being presented and compared in order to select the best system to create this cyber-defense platform. Secondly, the safe installation and customization of the platform is being presented .Moreover, the in-platform courses and Evaluation Quizzes are being analyzed. Finally, the thesis describes the management of the platform and how to create users, courses, Quizzes and reports.
