Abstract
The study occupied with the subject of strategic growth of surgery and was completed through four chapters. The first was reported in the definition of strategy analyzing the classic model of strategy and the strategic management but also the analysis of strategic system. Afterwards, the second chapter referred to the theoretical approach of competition that exists in the enterprises. The third chapter deepened in the Greek economy and the sector of health more generally. The fourth and last capital focused in elements for the strategic growth of surgery or clinic.
