The aim of the present study is to examine feasibility and sustainability for the establishment of General Clinic in Piraeus. The capacity of the clinic is 106 beds, of which 6 are beds of intensive care unit.
The competitiveness in health care industry is strong and under this framework we are studying the establishment of the clinic. After financial analysis performed which was the construction and the operation of the clinic has been judged as viable at the moment. Also alternative clinical sustainability scenarios are being studied, so that it will be determined if the clinic under whatsoever circumstances.
Finally, reference is made to the environmental management plan for the clinic, where, under the current law, the project operator must apply for the protection of the environment
