In this work the business plan for establishing a center of creativity and psychotherapy through the expressive arts, is presented. A business plan is a very important process and can provide numerous positive results in establishing and operating a business. This is because it is realized through a plan that includes all necessary cost estimates and financing, market analysis and the internal organization of the company. In this way, each company can plan and implement a business idea, after initially using the business plan to determine whether this is feasible. The presented work consists of two parts: a theoretical and a research review. Issues that are related to the business plan and whatever it constitutes it: positive signs, barriers, processes, components, are discussed. In the second chapter a business plan for establishing a centre for creativity and psychotherapy through the expressive arts, is presented.
