Abstract

Creating a private unit of physical therapy and rehabilitation services constitutes a complex activity of combination of scientific - medical knowledge, and economic, technocratic and socio-political analyses. In the present work becomes an effort of description and analysis of legislative frame that conditions and fixes the limits, inside which somebody has to move, as well as the necessary conditions and processes, which should be followed, so that the undertaking is rendered functional and viable. In our study, after a short import, where they are described the Greek data in regard to the centres of physiotherapy, follows, in the second part of work, the analytic frame of operation that should condition a centre of physiotherapy (legislation, constant equipment, offered services, administration and operation) as well as the particularities that concern in the Greek reality. After that, in the third part, becomes a description of the region, where it will be established the corporation. In the fourth part, an analysis and a study of the particular market of municipality of Sikyon is made, along with the presentaion of the results of the survey, which included questions about the relations of people with the physiotherapy, the frequencies of incidents, the correlations of age, the place of residence, and educative level with the acceptance of physiotherapy e.t.c. These data were used in order to prepare the functional drawing of the referred enterprise. In the last part of this study, based on the data of previous chapters and on the results of research, functional drawing is analysed, by using actual economic factors ( real estate, costs and wages) and complete cost - benefit analysis is made, in order to decide whether accept or reject the specific investment plan.
