This village is being desolated by disparity complex problems which can be settled under cooperation, in a global level. What is more, national governments are disable to solve problems such as those which have been already motioned and this is how the need to volunteering rises. Therefore, people in voluntary grows are called to play active roles in social life. This case has to be very carefully, witted and instituted by Non-Governmental Organisations.
