Abstract

This essay has reviewal form. This assignment has two parts: the social insurance, the immigrants. Has as main target the summarize study and the consequences of the immigration phenomenon, the analysis of the social insurance meaning and its grants and the imprint of today's situation in Greece. It is referring to the gifts that immigrants have when they come in Greece at the Held of health and which are the possibilities of access at the units of health care. It will be presented a short report of what is immigration (how many forms it has), which is the situation in Europe and in Greece. After that there is an extent presentation of the legal range that is valid in Greece about immigrants from 1925 until 2001. Which are the financial, social, cultural, political consequences such at the receiving countries as at the sending countries. Then it is analyze the meaning of social insurance, it goals at Greece a shot historic retrospect of social insurance. It follows the presumptions which are necessary for the immigrants in order to be insuranced in our insurance paymaster's office and their rights and obligations after their entrance in our insurance paymaster's offices. Also which are the rights of economical immigrants, political refugees, and non-legal economical immigrants, homogenous. At the last part of this assignment conclusions that came up are referring. The most basic deduction is that foreigners in general lines they have the same grants with Greek insurance's. Their only difference is the fact that immigrants are insuranced at lower insurance categories and long terms their pension will be low. Also the immigrant policy which Greece follows must reexamined and there must be a united policy for foreigners immigrants.
