This dissertation examines the case of Emotional Intelligence and management in Greek hospitals, examining the case of hospitals in Patras. The literature review shows that E.I. is an important tool in the management of health units. For this reason it is especially important to allow a healthcare facility can know the level of E.I. employees to make appropriate management. In the case of hospitals of Patras, employees show a positive performance in terms of SN and seems to have a great level of administrative skills.
