The choice between a public or private hospital is affected as a result of changes in social security, but also economic, labor, social and institutional changes. The timeliness and importance of these factors were the reasons why they selected to prepare this work. Greece has several health care providers in both public and private sectors. In recent years, there is an increase in the size of the market for private health services, general clinics accounted for 66.8% market share of the private sector in 2009 and 2008 recorded 15,028 beds in private hospitals out of 53,652 beds. Our final choice, however, depends on what and how we were satisfied with the use of the services of our choice? In this work we investigate two of the largest hospitals in Attica and Greece, the General Hospital of Athens "Evangelismos" and the Diagnostic and Therapeutic Center of Athens "Hygeia S.A." for those questions. In this context analyzed in theoretical level Quality of Health Services, the criteria that determine it and its benefits. The patient satisfaction with the conceptual approach, the correlation with the Quality of Health Services and measurement systems at European and international level. Also analyzed the material and the method used to record the views of patients, but also the limitations and difficulties encountered during completion of the questionnaires. And then presents the results of research, the selection criteria and rates of patient satisfaction than medical - nursing staff, administrative and service buildings-hotel infrastructure. The assessment of overall patient satisfaction from the services of the two hospitals and record any problems and suggestions for solving them, lead to conclusions and recommendations that can be a valuable tool and guide for the control and improvement of health services of both hospitals.
