Introduction : Employee’s satisfaction is directly linked with the culture of organization and the way thw business they serve develops. The ongoing financial crisis which influences directly even the most profitable businesess, seems to have effects on the level of the employee satisfaction of the commercial companies which deals with the health sector. Aim : This study aims to record employee satisfaction in already established and successful commercial company (according to it’s status before the financial crisis appeared). Method and Population Study : Firstly, the study uses a review of bibliography to cover the theoritical aspect of the employee satisfaction , and secondly uses a field survey with a questiannaire. The in depth research of the issue which was conducted with the use of a structured questiannaire (53 questions), aimed to evaluate the estimatio of the reliability, the respect, as well as the dignity the company the company offers to its employees. The 53 questionanaires were distributeds from 15/07/2011 up to the 15/09/2011. Only 44 of them were returned.Additionally, an interview with the Human Resources Director was conducted. The strategic issues the management develops were examined in order to keep up with the new consequences, having the least possible losses concerning the employees’ benefits. The results were analysed with the use of SPSS (edition 17). Results : During the time this survey was conducted, there were noticed a lot of changes concerning the financial system of the country. These changes are so powerful tha they can influence even the healthiest companies. Despite the fact tha the majority of the employees are satisfied with the management of the company, they experience lack of self confidence and insecurity as far as the future is concerned. These results are justified ,and the majority of them expected, since the measures that have to be taken in these particular cirumstances are afflictive. Especially when the employees face the beginning of a change , they react as they afraid of the “unknown”. It is impressine that in several of the questionnaires , the demographic data were not filled – in. This fact is interpreted as labor “fear”. Conclusion: During a period of crisis in a company where there are the bases, the management seems first of all to have employees by its side. However, a special and continuous management of the employees is needed, in order possible difficulties to be faced and people to be adjusted to the new reality.
