According to some scientists, the new – appeared phenomenon of Internalization is conduced or carried out through the mechanisms of International Trade. For this kind of activity, the Transport Sector acts supportively and seems to play determinant role to one region’s economic progressiveness. After a separate, closer examination of the sea, train, road and air transports, emphasis is given on combined transport, which is particularly considered of higher expectations of success. Together with the logistics services, through the store - keeping and the maintaining of a logical repository portion, they can successively reduce the transport cost; thus, the final price of goods. The methods of approval for investments on Transports are followed as well as the investments’ importance for the economy. Beyond all above, interesting three case studies are presented to connect theory and practice part. Their analysis is crucial to plan effective Transport Systems, since it is for sure that they support the economy and the development of those regions which develop trade relationship.
