| dc.description.abstract | Η ναυτιλία αποτελεί βασικό πυλώνα της ελληνικής οικονομίας και έναν από τους πιο σημαντικούς κλάδους του παγκόσμιου εμπορίου. Η Ελλάδα διαθέτει έναν από τους μεγαλύτερους στόλους παγκοσμίως, με τους Έλληνες πλοιοκτήτες να κυριαρχούν σε διάφορα είδη πλοίων. Το προσωπικό ξηράς διαδραματίζει καθοριστικό ρόλο στην εύρυθμη λειτουργία της ναυτιλίας, αναλαμβάνοντας ευθύνες στους τομείς της διαχείρισης πλοίων, εφοδιαστικής, νομικής υποστήριξης, εκπαίδευσης και κανονιστικής συμμόρφωσης. Η εργασιακή ικανοποίηση επηρεάζεται από παράγοντες όπως η δίκαιη αμοιβή, η ισορροπία προσωπικής και επαγγελματικής ζωής, η επαγγελματική εξέλιξη και το υποστηρικτικό εργασιακό περιβάλλον. Οι αξιολογήσεις απόδοσης, είναι κρίσιμες για την ευθυγράμμιση των στόχων των εργαζομένων με τη στρατηγική της επιχείρησης. Οι υψηλοί δείκτες αποχώρησης καθιστούν απαραίτητες τις στοχευμένες στρατηγικές διατήρησης προσωπικού.
