This thesis focuses on the efficient management of warehouses within the framework of the modern supply chain, with emphasis on WMS technologies, the application of Lean Logistics, and the use of KPIs to measure performance. Through the case study of a real distribution center specializing in the handling of tubular and industrial products, the current operations are analyzed, key problems are identified, and improvement strategies are proposed. The methodology includes both qualitative and quantitative analysis of operational data, while drawing on a wide range of literature and contemporary research findings. The conclusions demonstrate the potential for performance enhancement even in low-tech environments, by optimizing spatial layout, standardizing procedures, and gradually adopting cost-effective technological solutions.
