The purpose of this thesis is the development of a modern web-based email application, aiming to provide
a personalized communication experience among registered users.
The application, named koukiMail, allows users to register, log in and out, send and receive emails, as
well as organize their messages into personalized folders. These folders are created based on filters
defined by the user enabling automatic classification of incoming messages.
