Simultaneously, it examines obstacles such as bureaucracy, the legal and regulatory framework, and the lack of institutional incentives, along with strategies for addressing them. The study is based on an extensive review of the literature and a comparative analysis of international best practices, presenting proposals targeted at policymakers, investors, and businesses. Τhis research aspires to contribute both to academic knowledge, offering a contemporary perspective on the subject, and to the practical application of strategies that can enhance Greece’s investment profile and foster sustainable development
