The purpose of this work is to present the functionality of a proposed system that will serve as a repository for educational resources, accessible to every user visiting the application’s website. The system will display the resources that have been uploaded to users without any requirements placed on them, which is why the resources are characterized as open. This application facilitates the sharing of educational resources among users, as well as their metadata, which includes information accompanying the file, such as the author, the subject, etc. The goal for implementation is to ensure that the overall interface of the system with the user is designed in such a way that the operation and services provided by the application are clearly understood, without creating any confusion regarding its functionality or having features that are not easily accessible.
