Social engineering is a deceptive technique that exploits human psychology to gain access to confidential information or breach security systems. One could argue that it is the most dangerous type of electronic fraud today.
Quishing is a form of social engineering that uses QR codes to deceive users. Attackers create fake QR codes that lead victims to malicious websites with the intent of stealing credentials or installing malware on their devices.
The QRator application is designed to serve security professionals, such as Red Team Operators and Penetration Testers. The application allows for the creation and management of spoofed QR codes for attacks and breach testing in real-time. The goal is to improve the effectiveness and accuracy of security tests, providing a practical tool for training and evaluating the security of a system, both human and computational.
