This paper explores the significant contribution of the research, ultimately contributing to the overall knowledge and discourse surrounding the agreement on the Greece-Egypt EEZ. The research carried out for the preparation of this thesis enables an in-depth analysis and interpretation of the agreement, through extensive literature reviews, consultation of official documents and scientific research. This research-backed approach ensures that the essay reflects a comprehensive understanding of the agreement's provisions, historical context, and geopolitical implications. It allows for an informed analysis that examines various perspectives and critically assesses the implications of the Greece-Egypt agreement, international relations and resource management. The aim of the work is, in particular, to deepen the legal framework of the Greece-Egypt agreement. In this context, the legal and geopolitical factors that influenced the negotiation and signing of the Greece-Egypt agreement will be critically analyzed, taking into account the legal issues, the effects on the stability and management of the region's resources. The purpose is to capture a comprehensive understanding of the legal dimensions associated with the Greece-Egypt EEZ agreement. Examining the implications of the agreement in the context of international law and regional policy, this short study reviews the existing literature and literature on the ongoing dialogue surrounding the maritime delimitation disputes and Greece's cooperation with other neighboring countries. in the Eastern Mediterranean, with the aim of ensuring the maximum possible national and regional security. It should be noted that the work will be based on the bibliographic review method with the collection of primary and secondary material. This material was gathered from Greek and foreign language bibliography, articles, and from university institutions and libraries as well as from the use of the internet.
