In the specific dissertation, is analyzed the ACS Greece company, which is one of the largest
companies in the courier industry. Despite the great difficulties the company faced at times, it was
able to finally fully cope with the requirements and continued stronger, even expanding its name
to foreign countries that we will analyze in this diploma thesis. In this thesis, the student will
develop its competitors and he will also see some elements of their finances with tables and specific
examples. The student will also examine the ACS company’s weaknesses, strengths, opportunities
and threats. Finally, the student will expand into the global market and see the company's position
compared to global market behemoths, such as the DHL company.
