In modern era the rapid changes on a social and financial level mandate several changes and increase demands. In this environment the dimensional theories of organizational culture that amounts to the basic principles that uphold the members of an organization committed to the goal along with the reward system, comprising not only the practices of recognition and repayment of workers but also the motivation, which constitutes both the internal and external incentives of employees, implemented by the organizations in an effort to enhance their efficiency and achieve organizational goals. Given the fact that each school is considered to be an organization comprising part of the society, these approaches can also be applied in education and in the same way it needs to evolve. The present study was part of a quantitative research with the use of questionnaires answered by 268 teachers of all specialties, including Preschool, Primary and Secondary education, aimed at presenting their views as regards the organizational culture of school units, the reward system, the motivation provided, along with examining the interrelations among these factors. The results of the survey exported through SPSS statistical analysis, indicate that teachers’ rating for organizational culture, reward system and motivation is low, which corresponds with the bibliography. Moreover a positive association emerges among the organizational culture and the reward system, as well as the organizational culture and the general motivation, in addition to the reward system with the motivation in total, thus these results comply with corresponding researches. Finally, it is observed that the organizational culture and the reward system can slightly predict the motivation, a finding that is aligned with corresponding researches.
