The administration of human resources in the area of the public school. The impact of the pandemic on the job satisfaction of secondary education teachers
The purpose of this study is to investigate the factors that affect the job satisfaction the secondary education teachers experiencing during the outbreak of the pandemic due to the covid-19 disease. The theoretical approach is done first followed by empirical research. The research was held on December 2022 among 116 teachers across the country. They are the sample of the survey. The research tool used was a structured questionnaire with scale closed-ended questions. From the statistical processing and analysis of the data, it emerged that teachers derive satisfaction from factors such as the nature of work, relationships with colleagues and with their students, but distance education had a negative effect on their job satisfaction. Last but particularly important is the highlighting of the relationship between school leadership and the leadership model adopted by each principal and its correlation with teachers' professional satisfaction.
