There are many theories surrounding the multidimensional concept of job satisfaction. Many of these theories can be found in the literature on this topic. No definition of job satisfaction has been universally accepted by the public. The concept relates to how satisfied teachers are with their work. Many factors such as age, gender, and ethnicity play a role when considering teacher job satisfaction. In this research, a quantitative survey was conducted using the JSS tool to measure job satisfaction. This was achieved by statistical analysis of the responses with teachers' job satisfaction. The purpose of this research was to find out how some demographic factors affect a teacher's job satisfaction. A representative sample was collected using such a random method. 100 teachers participated in the study and it was analyzed using SPSS software. This study found that teachers with higher job satisfaction had a higher overall level of job satisfaction. He also found that the demographics he examined had no significant effect on job satisfaction. Moreover, previous research has shown this, too. It is also suggested to investigate other factors that affect teachers' job satisfaction and to investigate why teachers are generally satisfied with their jobs and what leads to this.
