Today is characterized as the age of speed, information, and knowledge, and not unjustly so. New technologies, new products and services, new business practices determine economic activity. After the Covid-19 pandemic, the change in the way new technologies were used was noticeable, while at the same time these types of technologies began to be established at a faster pace, as the educational units remained closed and the lessons were carried out by computer. At the same time, working parents were forced to work from home, using a computer. This change in the use of technology and the continuous development of various platforms, both in the field of education and in general, acted as an incentive to create the idea for a new platform. My platform is called "findit" and is a two sided platform, which will connect the customer with the product. It is an intermediate financial platform with two separate groups of users providing each other network benefits. The organization / platform creates value mainly by allowing direct interactions between two (or more) different types of connected customers. The purpose of this paper is to study the way that the COVID-19 pandemic affected Greek citizens, in terms of the use of new technologies both for their education and for their transaction and communication with various companies. Individual objectives of the work are to study whether the "findit" platform would be useful to them. The results of the survey showed that the vast majority of participants (80.3%) reported that they would use a platform that would display the schools in their area based on their needs, while most participants (45.6%) reported that the Product selection search changed considerably after the pandemic.
