This thesis is titled "Leadership and organizational behavior in education" and consists of three chapters. The first chapter refers to leadership, defines it, describes its historical development and analyzes leadership styles. It also refers to the role of the leader as well as his characteristics. The second chapter refers to organizational behavior, its definition and history. It also describes its importance and models of organizational behavior. The third chapter deals with leadership and organizational behavior in education. Describes the role of the director in education as well as leadership and organizational behavior in education. The characteristics of organizational behavior, its scope and need for training are analyzed. Are described also the challenges and the opportunities of organizational behavior. The chapter closes with the conclusions and the bibliography.
