dc.description.abstract	Η παρούσια εργασία αναφέρεται στη διαφορετικότητα των ανθρώπων και πως αυτή πρέπει να είναι σεβαστή από όλους και στην καθημερινότητά μας και στο χώρο εργασίας μας. Γίνονται αναφορές των διαφόρων κατηγοριών της διαφορετικότητας και των μεθόδων που μπορεί να χρησιμοποιήσει μία εταιρεία ώστε να στηρίξει τη διαφορετικότητα και να προωθήσει το σεβασμό. Επίσης αναφερόμαστε στην αντιμετώπιση των γυναικών γενικότερα στο χώρο της Ναυτιλίας και στις πολιτισμικές διαφορές του πληρώματος των πλοίων και με ποιους τρόπους θα μπορούσαμε να βελτιώσουμε την επικοινωνία των υπαλλήλων.	el
