This dissertation attempts to analyze those parameters that can affect the net social contributions for each of the main countries of the European Union under study. The variables used are the population, the per capita gross national product (GDP) of each country, the educational level of the inhabitants of the country which is measured based on the years spent by a person in all stages of education. the percentage of people on the brink of poverty, the estimated life expectancy of the people of each country and the taxes paid.
The regression will model the data obtained from the Eurostat database and concern the variables of the countries as mentioned above for the period from 2000 to 2019. In this way a model will be created that can be used to predict the upcoming changes in cases of data change of each category.
In this work it was found that despite the large number of independent variables and data, finally our model can describe two variables that were considered statistically significant to describe it. Due to the different data for each of the variables, it was deemed necessary to calculate all the variables.
