In the modern world where Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) are presented in the current dimension of human life, influencing and shaping many of its sectors, it could not be unaffected by the field of education which must always listen to and incorporate change , as it is the main lever of formation of tomorrow's citizens. The effective integration of ICT in education has occupied the education systems of various developed countries. ICT can be a crucial tool in the hands of each educator by strengthening the teaching and learning process, because they have the potential to equate the education offered in an urban center with that provided in a remote area. However, although the benefits of integrating ICT into teaching and learning have been recognized many times, educators have not yet been able to integrate them effectively into both general and environmental education. Of course, research has shown that there are a number of factors that can influence the successful use of ICT in education and are related to various sectors.
