| dc.description.abstract | Με το ζήτημα των αυξημένων δαπανών υγείας, γίνεται λόγος για τον επιζήμιο αντίκτυπο που αυτό έχει στα οικονομικά συστήματα αλλά και στα υγειονομικά συστήματα. Οι δημόσιες δαπάνες υγείας χρηματοδοτούνται από το Ακαθάριστο Εγχώριο Προϊόν και για αυτό το λόγο αυτή η διπλωματική εργασία αναλύει και παρουσιάζει τη σχέση μεταξύ αυτών των δύο μεγεθών. Για να αξιολογηθούν οικονομικά τα συστήματα υγείας, έχουν ληφθεί υπόψη μακροοικονομικοί δείκτες. Αναλύοντας και παρουσιάζοντας τα δεδομένα, παρατηρούμε τη διαχρονική αύξηση των δημόσιων υγειονομικών δαπανών, την αύξηση των ιδιωτικών δαπανών, τον αντίκτυπο τις οικονομικής κρίσης στα υγειονομικά συστήματα τις Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης αλλά και πως οι ανεπτυγμένες οικονομικά χώρες καταλαμβάνουν τις πρώτες θέσεις στην αντίστοιχη λίστα των ποσοστιαίων δαπανών για τη δημόσια υγεία επί του Α.Ε.Π. | el |

| dc.description.abstractEN | On the issue of increased health care spending, there is a talk about the detrimental impact that it has on economic and health systems. Public health expenditures are financed by the Gross Domestic Product and for this reason this dissertation analyzes and presents the relationship between these two sizes. In order to evaluate the health systems economically, macroeconomic indicators have been taken into consideration.
As we analyze and present the data, we observe the timeless increase of public health expenditures, the increase of private expenditures, the impact of the economic crisis on the health systems all over the European Union and that the economically developed countries within the E.U., occupy the first places in the corresponding list of percentage expenditures for public health on GDP. | el |
