The purpose of this Master thesis is to present a thorough assessment of Lora Protocol, either for its Theoritical Backround or its Practical Applications to experiments that were held. Firstly, we tried to place the Lora Technology to the IoT scenery as it is formed today, and compare it with its peer technologies. Afterwards, we examined the LoRa’s technology technical anatomy. And finally we presented a set of experiments, which assessed the LoRa technology coverage.
