Abstract
Within the context of the financial crisis, Wind Hellas was called upon to transform itself into a production and service level. The transition to a new production model lasted for about two years, during which WIND Hellas acquired new shareholders - who believed in the company's prospects and committed to its recovery, formed a new business model - flexible, simple, cost-effective all the points and formulated a new business identity to claim a new, promising position on the market.
In this difficult course, the challenges were many and difficult. Two successive financial restructures, which have been completely successful, have laid the foundations for the economic recovery of the organization. Then bold changes in the operation and structure of the company restored its competitiveness and brought more value to the customer. WIND's financial and operational strength has been translated into new investment for infrastructure and strategic partnerships that have a global impact on the Greek telecoms market. Concluding a three-year successful transformation, in December 2012, it forms a new vision for the future of WIND Hellas. They want to be the "Challenger" of the Greek telecoms market, the company that will stand out at both Greek and European level as they continuously improve their services and the way they operate in every field of their business to give customers, to their people and their shareholders a systematically increasing value.
WIND's new vision has begun the need for a new corporate culture that will inspire, encourage and act through the effort of each employee.
