Nowadays, businesses face various situations that affect their operation. Globalization, financial crisis, immigration, demographic transitions competition are some of these situations that affect not only the viability of a business, but also its internal balance.
Human Resources Management, which has firstly appeared in the workplace and besides organizational improvement of enterprises, has the very important role of improving communication between employees, administrative managers and employers.
This paper deals with Human Resource Management but also with the benefits of this important feature, i.e. Communication, in the proper operation of a business. It also deals with the leadership profile of the supervisors and the proper implementation of the strategies set by the Management, the structure of the hierarchy and how Communication with its advantages could balance and bring the best qualitative and economic results for business, reducing costs, saving time and increasing productivity and efficiency.
