Personal data is any information relating to a person and describing him, such as: identification (name, age, residence, occupation, marital status, etc.), physical characteristics, training, work (work experience, work attitude, etc.), economic status (income, assets, economic behavior), interests, activities, habits. This person (natural person) is called data subject.
These data because of their characteristics should not be placed in any power as it is very personal information and therefore must be protected from collection and processing to third persons. The protection of data related to the protection of personality and privacy of individuals. Since privacy is not limited to home but extends to all kinds of activities of the individual, the protection of personal data should be extended there. A major and very important and indispensable for the survival of the individual's activity is work.
