Nowadays Computer Science and Information Technology has indisputable been established in our world and gained great importance. It is used and applied in many sections in our life daily by giving us an important benefits and unlimited abilities we could never think before. Moreover, Computer Science Is also used in a wide spectrum of activities choosing from our financial transactions and widen working sector to education which its applications show a unique interest that will be studied and analyzed in this paper. Taking the education section we’ll see that computers have keen minds and thrived especially in this section by offering more creative development techniques, powerful educational material, new teaching methods and more productive educational procedures. Computer Science and Information Technology have introduced an entirely different model of educator and educated which can be able to improve and utilize the human special abilities better so as the performance of each educated to achieve perfect results. In addition to the above it is widely known that new educational software has been continually developing having in mind to adapt the learning procedure to users’ learning preferences and needs in order to provide a specialized way of learning which will really benefit for their users. Taking into consideration all the above to this assignment has been developed the web application “e-English” in order to teach the Conditionals in the English language. The application states and works on User Modeling so as to offers users the adaptivity not only the user interface but the educational material, as well. It is a Learning Management System (LMS) which offers adaptable educational material according to the users’ learning style and also his knowledge level on the subject. The educational material is organized in theoretical and practical one and supports feedback through theory and targeted examples when it is necessary. Application “e-English” is an interactive system which enables users to individualize the education procedure by making it adaptable which can be used not only by an experienced user with an excellent knowledge in Conditionals but also by a beginner who needs to be taught the basics to understand the Conditionals.
