Ο ρόλος των αναδυόμενων αγορών στη νέα παγκόσμια πραγματικότητα

The international system -as constructed following the Second World War- will be almost unrecognizable by next decade owing to the rise of emerging powers, a globalizing economy, an historic transfer of relative wealth and economic power from West to East, and the growing influence of other factors. Emerging are the markets that have not grown yet and are now entering the era of mass consumption and modernization. These countries have shallow financial markets, but they have great expectations for the future because they record rapid growth. This paper critically examines the broader factors that influenced the route of these emerging markets, especially regarding their economic, demographic, religious and cultural performance. In addition there is a “prediction” about these countries’ future during the next decade.
