Το ναυτιλιακό συνάλλαγμα και οι επιπτώσεις στην ελληνική οικονομία

| dc.description.abstract | Κατά την έναρξη του παρόντος πονήματος πραγματοποιείται μια πρώτη αναφορά στην δημιουργία της ελληνικής ναυτιλίας τους λόγους και τις αφορμές που οδήγησαν να ασχοληθούν με την ναυτιλία καθώς επίσης και τον βαρυσήμαντο ρόλο τον οποίο έπαιξε στην άνθηση της ελληνικής οικονομίας. Στο επόμενο μέρος γίνεται αναφορά στα οικονομικά στοιχεία των μεταφορών καθώς και στο πόσο σημαντική είναι πλέον η ναυτιλία για σύγχρονη οικονομία. Αλλά και στην σαφή διατύπωση του ότι η μεταφορά αποτελεί το μέσο με το οποίο πραγματοποιείτε η αξιοποίηση του πλούτου που παράγεται ανά το πλανήτη. Εν συνεχεία ακολούθησε ο τρόπος ο οποίος αντιμετωπίζει η πολιτεία την ελληνική εμπορική ναυτιλία από το νομοθετικό υπόβαθρο, τους νόμους και τις πολιτικές τις οποίες έχει χαράξει. Κάποιους από τους βασικούς πυλώνες προσελκύσεις επενδύσεων στην ελληνική εμπορική ναυτιλία με άμεσο σκοπό της αύξηση της εισροής του συναλλάγματος στη χώρα. Το πρωταγωνιστικό ρόλο που παίζει η ελληνική εμπορική ναυτιλία στη ελεύθερη φορτηγό ναυτιλία, και κατά πόσο η ελληνική οικονομία επηρεάζεται από την ναυτιλία της. Ο ρόλος της ελληνικής ναυτιλίας στην οικονομική ανάπτυξη της χώρας. Και τέλος την επίδραση του έχει η ελληνική ναυτιλία μέσω των συναφών δραστηριοτήτων (maritime cluster). Βαίνοντας προς το τέλος του πονήματος αναλύεται το ισοζύγιο πληρωμών, τον τρόπο και το ποσοστό το οποίο επηρεάζεται η ελληνική οικονομία από το ναυτιλιακό συνάλλαγμα που προσφέρει η ελληνική εμπορική ναυτιλία στη χώρα. Και γενικότερα το βάρος και την μεγίστη επιρροή που έχει η ναυτιλία μέσω του συναλλάγματος στην οικονομία της Ελλάδος. Στην συνέχεια γίνεται εκτενή ανάλυση στις εισπράξεις όπου είχε η ελληνική οικονομία από την ναυτιλία της τα τελευταία χρόνια. Τα μακροοικονομικά των θαλάσσιων μεταφορών της χώρας και τέλος η επίδραση των εισπράξεων από τα φορολογικά έσοδα από την ποντοπόρο ναυτιλία. | |

| dc.description.abstractEN | At the beginning of the present essay, a first reference to the creation of Greek shipping is made, as well as to the reasons and the motives that led the Greeks deal with shipping. In addition, the significant role it played in the blossoming of the Greek economy is also presented. In the next part of the essay, the economic elements of transports as well as the importance of shipping for modern economy are pointed out. Another point which is formulated here is that the transport constitutes the means with which the exploitation of wealth produced around the world is realized. Furthermore, the absolute dependence of modern industry and trade on transport is another subject which is raised. Afterwards a reference to the freight market, the course of the fares, and the boost they received because of the constant economic growth of the industrial sector and its economies is made. The place of Greek commercial fleet in the new millennium is also demonstrated, as well as the leading role of the Greek commercial shipping in the free lorry shipping, and the great extent to which the Greek economy is influenced by its shipping. Finally, the role of Greek shipping in the economic growth of the country and the effect of maritime cluster on the Greek economy is illustrated. Then follows the way the State faces the Greek commercial shipping from the legislative background, the laws and the policies it has engraved. Here we can see some of the basic pillars attracting investments in the Greek commercial shipping with the aim of an increase in the surge of the exchange of the country. Towards the end of the essay, a reference is made to the balance of payments, the way and the percentage the Greek economy is influenced by the shipping exchange that offers the Greek commercial shipping in the country .The importance and the great influence of the shipping via the exchange in the economy of Greece is also illustrated, as well as an extensive analysis in the income of the Greek economy from the shipping in the past few years. Lastly, the macroeconomics of the marine transports of the country and the effect on the income by the taxes of the seagoing shipping are analyzed. |
