Data envelopment analysis is considered as one of the most important non-parametric techniques to evaluate the efficiency scores of decision making units. Nevertheless, in large datasets this process requires huge computer resources in terms of memory and CPU time. In this current work it is attempted to model data envelopment analysis on artifial neural networks which are also non-parametric. However they require much less computer resources and they have the ability of training and generalization.
