The dissertation views the current developments and the legal aspects, which appear from the wide use of E-Commerce in the cyberspace. It defines the basic rules of policy security, according to which electronic interchanges should be implemented. Additional, it appears that the traditional way of economical interchange among different players is substituted by the usage of electronic communication. It is represented a short review of the legal framework, which has been enacted in Greece taking into consideration the European Directives. It has been ascertained that in short run, more players would participate (businesses, partners, consumers) in the limitless area of E-Commerce, which should be shielded with more electronic security policy and updated legal framework.
