dc.description.abstract	Η καλή υγεία των ανθρώπων είναι άμεσα συνδεδεμένη με την χρήση και εξέλιξη των φαρμάκων. Στην παρούσα εργασία, εξετάζεται ο τρόπος προμήθειας και διανομής των φαρμάκων στον χώρο κατανάλωσης τους, τα φαρμακεία, κατά τον εφοδιασμό τους, παρατηρούνται σημαντικά προβλήματα, τα οποία προκαλούν καθυστέρηση υλοποίησης αυτής της διαδικασίας και δυσαρέσκεια των πελατών. Ο τρόπος αντιμετώπισης αυτών τον δυσλειτουργιών, που προτείνεται, είναι η εφαρμογή της τεχνικής ανεφοδιασμού Kanban, η οποία είναι μία από τις τεχνικές της λιτής διαχείρισης. Παρουσιάζεται ενδελεχής περιγραφή και καταγραφή των πλεονεκτημάτων της. Επιπροσθέτως, γίνεται μία προσπάθεια προσαρμογής της τεχνικής Kanban στην εφοδιαστική αλυσίδα του Συνεταιρισμού Φαρμακοποιών και μελετώνται τα αποτελέσματα της.	el

dc.description.abstractEN	People’s health is directly connected with the use and development of the medicines. This thesis disserts the way of medicines’ procurement and delivery on their consumption area, namely the pharmacies. During this procedure significant problems are observed which cause delays and unpleasantness to the costumers. With a view to overcome these disorders the thesis suggests the implementation of the Kanban system, which is a lean management technique. More specifically the dissertation presents the definition and the benefits of the Kanban system followed by a description of the way that the technique could be implemented on the supply chain of the pharmaceutical combination.	en
