The activity of transporting goods and people on ships is dependent on the participation of the workers in them. Furthermore, people who work ashore at the shipping company offices are responsible for all the various activities required in the business of shipping. This study will contain issues relating to the Captain and Crew on the recruitment, employment contracts and shipping activity on board. Also, it will refer to the issues and the important tasks that workers are occupied with in the shipping business. At the same time, subjects relating to the private and/or public sector of workers in shipping operations either on land or sea are examined. In conclusion, there will be a connection between the ideal choice of employees and the salt and sound voyage with the vessel.
